Does Maelorei require an account?
No. Core Quests and family information stay on the family's device, and the Journey works without a Maelorei account.
What is a Journey?
A Journey brings together a small group of Quests for each part of the day, such as morning, after school, evening, or bedtime.
What is a Maelorei?
A Maelorei is a quiet companion who models everyday skills, helps a child find the next step, and celebrates effort without judgment or pressure.
Can children send support reports?
In the app, feedback is inside the parent-gated Parent Area. This website form is intended for parents, guardians, and other adult users.
What can a support report include?
A category, a message, up to three screenshots selected and redacted by the adult, and optional limited technical details. The form does not ask for a name, email address, or account.
How long are support reports kept?
Finalized report text and screenshots are removed after 12 months. The deletion credential shown after submission can request earlier deletion.
Will I receive a reply?
The first version is a one-way support and feedback channel and does not collect a reply address. Keep the reference number for your records.
Does the website use advertising or analytics trackers?
No. The website has no advertising, marketing pixels, analytics SDK, click tracking, or account system.

Delete a sent report
Keep the deletion credential shown after submission.
The app and website store only the report category, date, reference number, and deletion credential in their local Sent Reports list. A successful deletion request removes the finalized report and screenshots from the support service.
